CHARLES ENYONDO

Mr. Charles Enyondo is InfoCon Ltd. Lead Records Management Consultant. He is a seasoned Records/ Archives analyst, administrator, manager and instructor with over 31 years of experience. Charles served for over 12 years in the Uganda Government Public Service in the Ministry of Public Service, Ministry of Culture and Community Development, Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs and the Commission of Iquiry into the Mismanagement of Criminal Cases in Uganda where he established and managed registries in addition to training registry officers and assistants. Charles has consulted with info Consults Ltd. since 2004 and has been involved as RM technical team leader in many projects both in Uganda, USA and Canada.

He is trained in various aspects of Information Management with the following professional qualifications:
–     Master of Archival Studies (MAS), University of British Columbia, Dec. 2000, Vancouver, B.C. Canada.
–     Postgraduate Diplama in Computer Science, Makerere University, Institute of Computer Science,
P.O. Box 7062, Kampala.
–     Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLIS),
