Enock has over 27 years of providing administrative, finance, procurement auditing and HR services to AMPROC INC (American Procurement Company), Agip (U) Ltd (Sales outlet of Agip Petroli SpA an Italian International fuel marketing company), short term consultancy in Shell Uganda. He has been based  in Kampala – Tanzania, Lilongwe – Malawi and Nairobi – Kenya.

As Director Audit and Finance and Administration of AMPROC INC, he ensured compliance with AMPROC Inc. Values and Policies and oversee the offices day-to-day operations and Labour Laws of Uganda.

As Director Audit and Finance he provided oversight in procurement audits and, for specific areas, to have a hands-on role in performing audit operational activities. He has been involved in the preparation and monitoring of operating budgets for the procurement audit activities in Tanzania and Malawi for seven (7) years.

During the time he served as a management consultant, he worked closely with the Managing Director – SWIPCO during which, he oversaw and provided general advice to staff and hands-on support to the administrative and finance personnel of the company.

He has been involved in the drafting, preparation and signing of management contracts for staff, calculation of terminal benefits, and preparation of payroll. In particular, he was involved in cross checking tax brackets, deductions (National Social Security Fund, Withholding Taxes. Local Service taxes, staff advances and Loans).

Laising with the HR department during the time of changes in overall personnel costs, this included the provisions of various scenarios to match budgeted personnels costs.
He provided administrative and finance support to offices in Tanzania, Malawi and Mbarara and Kibega Project Offices.

During the past 27 years, he has supported, motivated and supervised a team of staff not only at office but also while executing audits in outside countries
