Info Consults International Limited is a consultancy company established in 2004 to provide solutions in Records Management (RM), Knowledge Management, Project Management and Information Technology. Info Consults partners with institutions that seek to enhance the means by which considerable volumes of documents that have been created and maintained largely for their administrative, historical, evidential and legal value are stored and retrieved.

  • The local governments Act, 1997 section 60(4) Secretary to a district service commission shall be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the district service commission and shall in that behalf take the minutes of the meetings of the commission and keep all records of the commission.

Section 62(2) The clerk to the council shall be responsible For:

  • Taking the minutes of the council meetings;
  • Keeping all records of the council relating to its functions as a legislature;
  • And The day-to-day administration and organisation of the operations of the council, including its committees under section 22.
  • Section 64(F) The Chief Administrative Officer shall have custody of all documents and records of the local government council;
